My Morning Ride
« on: 19.09. 2006 14:24 »
Great morning to commute here today.  Was 60f and I got to wear the leather for the first time this season. ;D  Mostly uneventful but I do need to lube the throttle cable when I get home.  Sometimes I just wish the ride was longer (7 miles each way).  It will be around 85f for the ride home.

Have great day all!   8)

Hi Brian! Looks like its cooling down now over there in the States! Did you get to the International? Guys that went from here in the UK say it was a scorcher! They had a great time by the sounds of it.

No I didn't get to make it b/c our second daughter was born on July 8th.  So I do have a legitimate excuse.  Yes this summer was exceptionally hot here in Texas.  Was 3 or 4 on the all time recorded hot list.

Congratulations with your daughter! btw, in norway too there was quite some temperature records, so our old mother earth is for sure warming up. Cold now, it's been raining, raining, raining, no riding for a while. Wish I lived in Australia!

Erling
