Why not keep the monoblock until you can track down some 275's and the manifold
I managed to source a matching pair of left and right handed 10TT9's for my outfit and another 10TT9 for my super rocket .
This stuff is out there! Be patient and do it right

Well thanks to the tip off from Trevinoz I now have a set of carbies on their way to me - should be here in a week or so.
Might need a service but they appear to be in ok condition and the price was quite reasonable.
Just need a manifold now and I'm all set  - If I can't find one soon I'll probably fab one up temporary till a real one turns up.

All coming together.

That does sound like the best option. You could alwasy try borrowing one and getting a casting done
For my later alloy A7 twin port head, we went straight to making manifolds as I wanted rubber mounting to reduce vibration and allow me to experiment with intake lengths.
A very different beast though with differing intentions
Patience, its currently mobile with the monoblock so no need to rush a decision now you have the correct carbs happening
