Wanted: Plunger A 10 barrel

Hi All,

I'm keen to get my hands on a cylinder barrel to suite a bottom end i have for a 1951 A 10 Plunger

l don't know if its the right one, so l took some pictures.
Bore is 70.5 mm and need rebore, allso missed topfin.
l don't need this barrel,so you can get it if you want.

Looks to be the right one, i count 8 fins and 70 + bore, sounds like A 10 to me, i am looking closely at one of the images there and i think i can see a part number engraved on the edge 67-258 which seems about right. looking through a parts book it mentions 67-253 for A 10 plunger engines from 1950 to 1953.

I am just wondering if we can get an esteemed colleague on the forum to concur.

if its correct, then yes Klaus i am interested.

the partnumber is 67-253 cast at the barrel.

l can make you an other offer with a set of pistons never fit +004
right next size to the barrel

Aircleaner and a new mainstand l guess allso for plunger models.
