Oil leak from breather A7

I have my 1949 A7 just back on road (was standing for years before I have bought it) and I wonder about oil leaking from the breather pipe, when the bike is back in the garage after running.
Do anyone know a reason?

G'day Michael. The engine or oil tank breather If she has wet sumped it will escape out the crankcase breather.If you topped the oiltank up and she has wet sumped, it will overfill once the oil pump has cleared the crankcase.

The bike is not wet sumped. I have done now around 200miles with the bike; it has no wet sumping problems.
But when it is standing in the garage (and, may be also when it is running) the A7 lost around a teaspoon of oil in location of the breather pipe.

Maybe the cork washer on the breather rotary valve has dried out and shrunk after standing for a long time.

That could be possible.
I think the bike was standing for years, before I bought it.
