not sure about most bikes now on 12 volt, but i stand to be corrected.but i have just seen a poll started on this forum about 6 volt or 12 volt.will be nice to see what other members are up to.not sure how many will vote,i think i was the third voter!
although if you have a 12 volt bike the chrometric tacho seems a good way to go

Don't know why they would charge an extra 60 quid for a chronometric face that I presume has the same internals as the others? Greed?

I am not able to make out for sure whether they will work on our beloved A10's. I contacted them about this and the friendly chap promised to find out, and get back to me, but alas! I would think they would work by installing the Hall sender on the original type tacho gear? They look nice, and are cheaper than the real stuff.

A later addition: I searched the web, and found one rather negative review of these new instruments, although from a Commando rider. One would think they had tested their products before launching them to the public. I find it disturbing that the company does not offer bike-specific fitting instructions and set-ups. I would reckon A10 owners would be a real target for these clocks.
