Just joined but I've been dropping in for a while, I've had my plunger GF for longer than I care to remember, always meaning to get her road worthly *red* but now I've been made redundant, and have sort of retired there is now no excuse  *smiley4* so you can all look forward to many questions.
All the best from a wet and murky Kent, cheers Rick

I've had my plunger GF for longer than I care to remember, always meaning to get her road worthy

Similar story with me: When I retired I got started on my 55 plunger.
Be prepared to spend LOTS of money!

Hooray for the Kent contingent!  Been away many years but back to visit now and again. Any of you Kent lads know the BSAOC crowd from the mid 70's?  Used to see them after moving to south London too.

I keep meaning to go to the BSAOC meeting but haven't made it yet - I think they meet at Herne. I tend to go to the VMCC "Men of Kent" meetings at the Wagon and Horses at Charing - great bunch of blokes. I think the Ariel OC and the Velo OC go along on the same evening.
Also worth a visit is The Cinque Ports Motor Cycle Club meetings at The Drum in Stanford near Hythe.
