Wanted: Battery/air filter box
« on: 04.06. 2012 14:49 »
Hi,

Could somenbody please advise me as to the correct Battery / Air box compartment for my 1953 650 BSA A10 Plunger, It has a 276 ER1DB carb.

It is in parts at the mo and I am in the process of collecting rather unsuccessfully sometimes its parts.

A picture of one would be perfect.

Many thanks,

Nigel K

Hi, as I have had no reply to my question so I thought I would try it another way round. I have added a picture of the battery / Air filter box I have purchased, could somebody please tell me if it the correct one beacuse I cannot figure out how it connects to the carb. Many thanks

Nigel K

Thats the right air box Nigel but unfortunately the front section of it has been cut off.

Here is a pic of what it should look like.

Dutch many thanks, I have the connecting rubber already, what I really need if you can help is a close up or the dimensions of the box from the battery support bracket to the end where the rubber fits into so that I can get the box refabricated.

Mnauy thanks
