Wanted A10 swinging arm frame and b33 frame
« on: 11.02. 2012 21:43 »
Having owned Classic bikes since 1978, Velocettes, Triumphs and Nortons I have seen the light and have aquired a couple of
BSA engines in last couple of weeks, I bought a B33 engine and the next day somebody asked me what bikes I had these days
and I mentioned I had just bought a BSA engine and he said I have an A10 in the shed... So zilch BSA ownership to 2 engines
in 2 days, not bad, but now I need the bits to make a motorcycle or two, plan for the A10 is swinging arm frame ,cafe racer
style, for the B33 would like to go rigid with girder forks more like a m33 than b33. so looking for anything available at a decent price
for both projects. Has anybody tried the repro girder forks from india?
cheers

I've heard on the m20 forum that the Indian made girder forks are not safe.
1950-53 A10 rigid/plungers, 1958-61 A10 super rockets, 1947-50 A7 longstrokes, 1949 Star twin,
1951-54 A7 plungers, 1940s M21, WDM20s,
1948-50s B33s rigid/plunger/swingarm, 1948-50s b31s rigid/plunger/swingarm
