Classic Shows, Debyshire and Sheffield
« on: 09.06. 2011 09:57 »
Yesterday marked the first of our local Classic shows, all held in June.
Renishaw Hall makes a great venue for this annual event held in the name of several charities, Bluebell Wood children's hospice being the main one. A fiver on the gate for all comers to a show featuring upwards of 100 bikes from all eras and as many as 200 cars.
Here're a few BSA's snapped on my rounds, I expect to see most of them 2 or 3 times this month and will post more photos as they crop up.
According to the owner the 1957 A7SS "hasn't been touched since it left the factory" (except for the added panniers), the shiny non standard A7 next to it is mine. I have included the Sunbeam only in memory of the 1955 S8 I owned for a while in the late 60's and sold for £12.
