Super Rocket wanted
« on: 15.01. 2011 18:29 »
Does anyone know where I can find either a lovingly restored Super Rocket or one that needs restoring? There seem to be loads around that sit in the middle of these two descriptions that have either been poorly cared for or pushed out to the trade at loony prices. I know it?s a long shot but I thought I would ask anyway.

Regards

Nigel

You should have asked here two or three months ago as I've only just got rid of one. It was completely original and never been on British roads. It was re imported back into the UK from South Africa around ten years ago.

Edit: By the way Nigel... Why is your M21 a 'pain to start'?

It seems to be the story of my life, either I get there too late or it?s not worth having! Looks like it could have been a nice project!

Re the M21, starting on the center stand was fine but it was knackered and I had to take it off. Now, I have to stand astride and this is one balancing act too much for me! Anyone know of an electric start conversion ;)
