My old key won't fit in the other shaft - I haven't got as far as fitting the hub adapter yet but hopefully that will be ok!!
Dimensions of the keyway (measured as best I can in situ) are just under 5/8" long by between 3/16 and 1/4 wide (15mm x 5mm) approx..
