Plunger brake light switch mounting plate/clip?

Hi, does anyone have a spare mounting clip and or mounting plate for the rear brake light switch (Lucas) for a '57 Plunger?

Part Numbers:

29-9342: stop lamp switch plate
24-8927: Stop lamp switch plat clip

If not just a diagram with dimensions for the plate would be a great start.
