I had a look at the BSA content, seems like a mixed (but interesting) bag but impossible to know exactly what one gets (lacks info on content, size of download etc). Regarding virus, no sign so far (maybe a false positive due to the site using .rar archiving) but (quote from the download page: "The content on the site is submitted by members of the public") if the owner does not check the content properly things may happen.
