In truth absolutely no way of being certain, replace bush with needle roller - stamp back of case with part number and thats it; this is the easiest part to 'forge'.

In reality this is what the factory did so, in this case, does it matter?

The problem I have got with this kind of thing is that if this cover were installed in a STD g/box and mounted in a finished bike it is open to a far more serious 'fraud'. A bike fitted with a genuine RRT2 is worth considerable more than one with a STD box modified in this way.
