Hi Everyone, i am brand new to this forum, reason, i've just bought a very nice A7 1954. As for the electric, great idea (see
http://www.a7a10.net/forum/index.php/topic,1468.0.html ) great expense,i'm 60 going on 61 i had a right knee replacement back in january, and still it wo'nt bend more than 65 degrees witha push, so i ca'nt get my right foot on the footpeg or start with my right leg,but on the stand the bike starts first time with my left leg. Now you ask how am i going to ride it, simple i've converted the gear change to a foot peg off the front engine mount with a remote rod to the gear lever which is now vertical. For quite some time i've been rideing my B175 bantam with a hand change, it's surprising what you can do if you really want to ride these bikes, on a small budget. I'm going on a bit, my kids reckon i'm a 60 year old,old fool but i love it.
