I see 210000 Glasonbury tickets at £378 sold out in 35 mins yesterday so there's no shortage of money.  I've just sold a really nice set of 6 oak dining chairs made in UK for £30 (the lot!) and its taken a while to shift those.  £5 a chair...
I think Vincents are like Goldies, the idea is nice than the riding, I borrowed a Rapide once and it was nice, but not amazing.  The bike that must have the furthest to fall is the Brough Superior, I've never understood the high values.

Yes, it is a case of not many want what I lusted after. I used to think I had a real treasure locked up in my shop but the reality is I am struggling to get 60 cents on the dollar for what I thought things might be worth. It really does not come down to money any more. I am just interested in these bikes going to good homes now.
One of my daughters has finally at the age of forty caught on that she might enjoy owning a small bike or two so I count that as a plus since my two boys have very little interest. One likes to wrench a bit but neither even have motorcycle licences. What a damn pity!

ps I am having a good friend help me do a valuation and listing of all my spare parts in the next month or so and will make public a list in a month or two so as I can clear out a majority before they have me put down.
