I wonder how many parts fit on a A10 and if there are any good upgrades
You don't see vidoes very often but I see there's one for sale in Bolton for £8k. They claim 50bhp so what are the differences or is that Japanese horses

Maybe the front tyre
I have one, the head is close with 3/4 of the bolt holes an exact match (pic here on forum somewhere), I doubt anything else is close if I ever get to the point of pulling it apart I'll do some more comparisons

Interesting. Its would be useful if the barrel and head fitted as its a bigger bore. And perhaps the clocks are not £200 a pop

I always understood (and I stand to be corrected here) that although the Net has it that the W1 is a supposedly direct copy, it isn't. Not a great survival rate for a bike that's supposed to be so good, either.

Wikipedia has quite a good write up, explains BSA licensed the A7 to Merguro who were bought out by Kawasaki who then made their own changes and developments. The 50hp intrigues me as does the bigger oil pump and roller big ends. Be interesting to see one in bits.
