1931 Daimler Double Six 40 - 50 /  V12 sleeve valve engine attached to 4-speed Wilson pre-selector transmission /  Martin Walter Ltd. body initially penned by H.R. Owens of Gurney /  Commissioned for British film star Anna Neagle


Hey, imagine the difficulty of driving that in towns; you'd need your 'man' to get out and peep round the corner to let you know when it was safe to pull out! I once took a customers E-type Jag for a test ride in London. The bonnet is so long on those cars you really have to take a chance when pulling out of a side road 😬
