Hi going thro the wars with you carb I think, I had my carb on off so many times pissing around with it tried everything. then I spoke with Surry cycles and he said just buy a new carb. I gave him my details of my engine and ordered a concentric. he jetted it up and set the needle position. I rechecked the mag and timing at 11/32 TDC so I knew that is all ok. dropped the new carb on and starts first 2nd kick every time. Best advice I ever had. just watch the airscrew mixture I turned fully in then 1 1/2 turns anti clock.

Sometimes you just have to stop messing with the old bits and replace.

its doing 60+ to the gallon. Goldflash 1960 A10.

My new PWK cost half the price of any Amal, fits and works perfectly with first or second kick starts.
