I do, the slim stripped down look does appeal to me but in reality my ultimate Norton would be the Mk3 850 Commando Interstate

Mk2A Interstate with Mk 3 Isolastics conversion is IMHO the best one. Build quality on the Mk3 was very patchy. Miss out on 'Hit and miss' thumb start? Yes shame!
