crank sludge screws A10 1960
« on: 28.06. 2022 12:29 »
Sadly had to strip engine down again, Cant get screws out so im going to drill them out. However I have been researching and haven't found these available. does anyone know where I can get 2 replacement screws?

Found outlet who has them listed on stock and the tube classic bike bits (Redditch) Also took the crank to a friend who has a workshop and he was able to remove sludge screws
So moving forward but many probs to sort out.

if you are sure all the center pops are drilled out weld a large flat washer to the plug[through the hole in the middle] then weld a nut to the washer and turn it out with a wrench the heat will break down any loctite used on threads.
