hello peoples,ive joined the forum in the hope of getting some advice,and hopefully talking to some similar like minded folk.I have a real project on the go!
the plan is to build an old skool custom/bobber a10.It will be all "period parts",partly as i need to build it that way to get the bike registered as classic vehicle here in the uk and also cant really see the point in having a bsa and then having japanese parts all over it.so far i have 1949 plunger frame and a long shopping list! *smile*

Engine wise so far I have plunger crankcases,thick flange barrels and std pistons (rebored ready to go)gearbox oil tank.

You may not have to go far from original to make it look Bobberish IMO. Here's mine from 1955.
