BSA RGS Exhaust, looking for a supplier
« on: 22.12. 2020 07:39 »
Hello,

For my RGS project, I'm looking for a supplier that can provide a suitable complete exhaust (pipe and mufler).
Any contact welcome.

Thank you.

Pete

Hi Pete,
Is it a siamised set you want?
If so I would recommend Roger at Cake st classics,
His chromed pipes fit and are the original shapes, not like the alternatives
His contacts were on a similar thread a week or so ago.
I fitted a stainless set from Armours to my SR , it took a day at a friend's stainless fabrication shop to get them to fit correctly
Cutting and shutting , expanding the head ends and so on

My Armours siamese SS system for my SR fits fine, though you wouldn't call it a breeze to fit.
But they're about 30 years old - I wonder if their jigs have changed.

My Armours SS system was fitted two years ago, and other than easing out the front mounting lug's hole size, it was perfect first time.
