I can't sat 100%, it may fit the lug but I think it will be way too long. Saying that, anything can be
made
to fit.
Most of the "proper" replacements are disappointing. Is your lug part of the frame or a clamp on?

There was a post here years ago about fitting a B40 (or similar) side stand to A7/A10's.

The lug is welded to the frame. You are correct about replacement stands. I wouldn't mind cutting it down if I were still able to toe it down. But appearance maters to me also. The MC had a 6" over Honda front end on it and a garish welded chrome chopper style stand on it. Stock stands are like hens teeth.
