After smoking for 25 years, then 'stopped' by going over to non-smoke tobacco for a little period ...that lasted 20 more years (see

Norwegian boxes only labeled "could damage health" (which is wording they could put on chocolate bars & potato chips as well :O). Then slowly replacing that with nicotine chewing gum etc on and off for some years.
2020 the year I will seriously try (succeed) to not use any tobacco products at all. So far so good (since 1st desember actually). Now to prepare for how to get rid of an acute chewing gum addiction, maybe start smoking again :O)
