On the same subject, I put one of those reg/rect on a Triumph 650 and at 3000rpm all charging ceased, lights went dim etc etc back off to below 3000rpm and all good again?? Suitably annoyed with this device with filter I removed it (the filter) and guess what, all back to normal. This happened probably 8 or 9 months ago with no further problems. I emailed Trispark (purchased from them) but go no reply. Electrickery at it's best.
