Summerland Car & Bike Show
« on: 02.08. 2009 23:29 »
G'day All,
Went to the Summerland Car & Bike show on the weekend, was a perfect spring day & a good excuse
for a 100k ride on my S/R, also a chance to test out my new Manortec reg. which is great (thanks Mike).
My club the NRMC put on a display of about 30 bikes, with quite a few BSA's, I've included some pics
of a couple, the Goldstar, B33 & SS, were all really nice bikes, & I was lucky enough to get the most
desirable bike overall, which I was very happy with for the bikes first show.
regards, Cus

Nice pics Cus, I had to laugh when I saw your post was named Summerland, there is a summerland not too far from where I live but if you turned up to the one down here on a bike you would not want to be a brass monkey. Its a nudist colony !!!!

Great stuff Cus. I see you have an Alt primary and a dynamo. Is the Alt hooked up as well?

Muskrat,
The bike in the top photo isn't mine, its one of the guys
from the club, my bike is in the bottom photo, has stock
charging system. The flash in the top photo runs very
well though, has a good note!
