G'day Bikerboy.
The pic at the top is my plunger.
The plunger mainshaft goes straight in a swingarm box. Chain adjustment would be as the s/a. The whole engine sprocket and cush need to be swaped to the plunger type. Then the whole plunger clutch will work.
The only part I don't know is if the sliding plate will seal.

Looks like I need to think of a slipper type chain adjuster to fit in a swinging arm chaincase then  *smile*

When I get some time I will investigate this further

 Well maybe not- I just forgot about moving the g-box to adjust it *doh*

Have a '74 850T Moto Guzzi since '92-best thing I ever bought doesn't need a kickstart 'cos it bump starts sooooooooo(mostly) easy

I use mineral type ATM oil or fork oil SAE 20

Don't slip, in 25HP norton 400 ccm or 50Hp RGS engine...
