Hi there all of you, can anyone tell me the best place to buy a air filter for a 1956 A10 please. I need the type that bolts to the bike and as the rubber tube. Any help would be great, thanks michael

best place is an autojumble, the bigger ones will have more chance of having one, expect to pay upto £45 though.
They also come up on Ebay fairly often and sometimes go for a lot less.

good luck

Thanks for  getting back, I hate autojumbles, looking through boxes of rusted rubbish from long ago broken bikes which have been robbed of their number plates,
Is there not a place that makes pattern parts for the air filter some place, michael

Hi - I have never seen a new airfilter for sale, even though many parts are made new.
One firm that makes pattern parts is Wassel, they do have a website that will list all the parts they make but you cannot purchase from them you have to go to a dealer.
Do a Google for Wasseland you should get their web address.
Meanwhile if I see one on ebay I'll get back to you
