Why not upload to the forum ?

edit: added as attachment, so people don't have to visit that add-infested photobucket :O)

Nick,

Welcome to the forum.  *welcome* Looking forward to your intro post.

I take it that the version with the black saddle, pillion pad and orange grips is the latest. Your explanation of the bike as a tribute to the ailing former owner goes a long way to understanding this chopper. Let's be honest, it is not going to loved by everyone, but it looks like a hoot to ride and makes an unmistakeable statement. Also, it is really clean. Anyway, everyone should have what they want and like, then, basically ignore anyone who comes off as an approval squad. In short, I like it but wouldn't build it in this day and age, but '62 is not this day and age.

Richard L.

P.S. Based on the hummer that is also parked in the garage, this bike is HUGE!

Yeah stock back end with chopped neck. It rides a bit stiff/ruff but still handles good

That looks just like my 57 RR when I bought it!  I restored it all back to original.  LOTS of money collecting the missing parts, but a lot of fun doing it.  I have a HD ironhead chopper with a LONG springer on it that satisfies my chopper bug when I get the urge!  Enjoy your bike, it's YOURS!!

I've already had people tell me you should do this or change that. But style end of the day I build my bikes or jeep for myself
