Tacho drive case
« on: 27.09. 2011 16:04 »
HI All,
Following on from the recent threads about Tacho drives,
I am in need of a tacho drive inner timing case part no (on casting 42-154)
The one on my RGS project has been welded up badly around the dynamo drive bush
So the casing is distorted *sad2*
I bought a set on ebay but when they arrived, the inner case had been levered of the crankcase with a screw still in place so it was cracked and distorted *eek*
Anyway I sent those back for a refund

I have various parts for swops or buy one straight

Good job they didn't quarantine it. Could have had funnel webs, red backs, ticks, leaches, typans, king browns, red belly's but not a Tassie devil (too big) in there. ;) LOL

John,
It's time you left your country with those thieving Bs extracting their cut on your purchase.
Here in this enlightened place, there is no tax on incoming unless over the value of $1000.
You would be right at home here with a large proportion of the population having Irish ancestors.  *smile* *smile* *smile*

   Trev.

Hi Trev and Musky,
As well as Irish ancestors it seems that all our offspring are gone to Australia as well  *sad2*
It seems to be part of growing up, taking a year out etc,
But since the economic disaster here complete families are heading South  ???? ????

According to my sister who researched our family tree, one of our lot was deported to Australia
They couldnt put up with him and sent him back home  *eek*

Cheers
