Bandit 600 advice
« on: 10.07. 2016 17:18 »
I am going after a 600 Bandit for commuting, P reg with 24,000 miles. It has been restricted to 45 BHP due to the owners licence ( this fact does not bother me ) . Will view it Wednesday. I know there
are a few BSA owners using these for commuting. I need things to look for. Rattles, tyres, fork seals obviously, what else. Thanks lads.

Regards Colin

It will be rubbish with the restricter in place.

The bikes are pretty bullet proof. Worse thing is the finish, the shine can fall off quite quickly, specially in a heavily salted winter. Monoshock linkages and exhaust collector boxes can go through.
