Looking for a replacement fork slider

It's for an a
a10 but it's used on other models (B series)
It has brake plate locating lug, mudguard tab to rear (2 holes), mudguard mounting lug front and rear on bottom above clamp (2 bolt type for fixed plain spindle 8" f/w brake)
