I'm not up on the specs for your bike, but I'm running a 389 on my Plunger-Bitza 357 cam Alloy head, and have a 25 pilot(which I thought is fairly across the board standard?), 105 needle-middle notch, and 240 main(which is seldom used) runs generally ok, but lately had some crazy misfarts happening changed plugs to BP6ES from B7ES- seems better
