61 A10 CHROME GRAB RAIL WANTED

Hi everyone I am looking for a chrome or stainless grab rail for my baby,new or good second hand, I saw them advertised last year but cant find where they were any help appreciated thanks Chris

Might be hard to find, because I think grab rails if you mean the one that goes around the back end of the dual seat were only fitted to some (but not all) a10's exported to the North American market. There are plenty of grab rails advertised for the A65 from 1970 on. Weather these would fit I do not know. I have catalogues from several BSA spares suppliers but none list an a10 grab rail. The lifting rail as fitted to a10's if that is what you meant is available however.

Chris, you are looking for part number 42-9165. If you find one, you will have to make  fancy brackets to fit to your mudguard as they were bolted to the sides of the valanced guard.

hi i have a chrome grab rail its as good as new not a blemish on it came off my 1960 a10 rocket thought it spoilt the look a bit if you still want one let me know regards alf.
