Just called to say hello
« on: 07.12. 2015 12:03 »
Hello Folks,

I'm just writing to say hello, I'm new to the forum but not to old bikes. I must confess my interest is more to develop an understanding of the issues behind my Huntmaster as it creeps to the top of the list, and to widen my 'social circle' in the old bike world!

Currenlty I have a few machines in the stable - a Mk1 Square Four, my Bantam, an MZ TS250/1 Supa 5, the winter bike and the Huntmaster, which is still a collection of bits - though the missing ones are getting crossed off the list.

I'm pretty active in the AOMCC forums & Bantam forums, and I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.
cheers

Huntmaster?  Isn't that the A10 with the wrong badges and mis-shaped castings.

Only joking!

Anyway, I hear you have an easier time locating the pushrods than we do. Is that right?

I have a hole in my rockerbox, yes!

Glad you enjoyed my blog. It's had nearly 87,000 hits in the last four years, and growing. I'm looking forward to writing up the Huntmaster.

Trouble is, one of the reasons I joined this forum is that I'm strongly drawn to A10s and I know what a slippery slope looks like...
cheers
