Engine mount plates

I am getting close to mounting the motor in frame and horror just hit me the mount plates are totally different from A10 plunger luckily I have a right side but no left..anyone have one or picture of one????

Drew, up till 1948 or 49 the left plate was a fully enclosed one with a small hole for the generator wires.
When the long E3L generator was introduced, the plate became as the later A7/A10 type but with the mounting holes in a different place, obviously.
They are getting a little bit scarce now.

Have you checked Ebay? It seems to be awash in mounting plates. I'm not sure any of them are for you, because I can't figure out if you are looking for one for a plunger or for a swingarm. It seems like Trev is describing the plate for a plunger with a later dynamo. Is that what you were looking for? Trev, is that what you described?

Im looking for a plunger plate special for the long stroke..the mounting holes are way different than the regular A10 plunger another special item I guess..

Richard, there are two plates for the long stroke, depending on which generator was fitted.
