Hello try the above link or Google 'Overhauling Chronometric Speedometer'. I tried to attach a PDF version but it was to large. I did both my Speedometer and rev Counter. It not that difficult more fiddly. Take some photos from different angles before you start. If it is really dirty do an initial clean before taking the photos.
