Started building in about 1977/8 a on average '52 A10 -built from bits 'n pieces never resto intended -maybe 'personalised'
Have a '74 850T Moto Guzzi since '92-best thing I ever bought doesn't need a kickstart 'cos it bump starts sooooooooo(mostly) easy

Vitto, just a thought but have you slackened the tappet adjusters off prior to refitting the r/box ( or has it will soon become known as " that piece of ally sent to seperate me from my sanity ") it can make it easire but if it is to slack the p/rod could get free ,I've heard that click a few times mostly its just slipped in but obviously the reverse can happen. You could get a pushrod comb but I think its a a waste of time as it moves the gaskets, this job gets easier with practice ,some times you can virtually sling it back together and it'll be great other times it's a real PITA ,just keep trying it will fit back ,best of luck, BobH
