WTD - Pillion footrest adapters for late plunger

Hi All. I'm in need of a pair of adapters for the pillion footrests on a late plunger set up, these are the push-in 'top hat' type used from 1953 onwards as opposed to the earlier screw in type. Does anyone happen to have a couple. Should be small enough to post from anywhere. Many Thanks, Peter
