Fitting A7 long stroke cam followers

Does anybody know the correct way round to fit A7 long stroke cam followers into the 1 exhaust and 2 inlet tappet blocks ? The followers have one side face curved and the stem is off centre so there must be a correct and an incorrect way round. I have looked in the BSA service sheet 208 but no mention of which way round they go.

Never noticed an offset!

Curved to outside, flat inside. Should be self evident.
 The "curve"  can sometimes bind on tappet block, in which case you can file down.
Or (flame jacket on) you can also just rotate 180 degrees fit the other way round as long there is clearance.
 Though I'm sure some would opine this affects pressurisation (of their anoraks)

I wonder if that could be clarified please as I may be misunderstanding ?
 1/ Should the central pair be fitted with the slight curve facing outwards ?
 2/ Should the outer pair be fitted with the slight curve also facing outwards please ?

I ask this as if I look down onto the cam lobe the outers appear to make slightly more contact with slight curve of the cam followers facing inwards ?

Is it possible that it makes no difference which way round the outer pair are fitted & that the curves were produced this way for the sake of uniformity (same part number ) , etc ?

As I am due to fit the cylinders I need to be certain , I have been unable to find any information on this point ?
