Seating the pilot jet
« on: 02.04. 2014 20:22 »
I have always screwed the fiber washer  down the threads to make sure it lets the pilot jet seat properly under the 1/16 pilot hole in the bottom of the venturi.  Then before screwing the cap on, return the fiber washer to snug up to the bottom of the pilot jet bottom casting, then finish by screwing home the sealing cap securely to the washer.
