I think Triumph are missing out on a trick...

by not producing something like this themselves. A small, lightweight, useable and cheap bike, with good looks. They ought to have an entry level Tiger Cub in their range.

looks nice,could do with high level pipe though i think

Nice idea. Yes, high pipe (+ a smaller front tire) and it'll look nice.

But calling it a Triumph may be a problem or misleading, ref. Hinckley.
