Ah I seem to be one step ahead of u then... I found mine about 12 months back on E bay with a piece cut off it where the rubber connector goes. Now after a bit of welding and finishing its looking pretty good.
The worst thing about it I saw the question asked b4 about where to get an Air Filter element from and all the details including the E mail address were given. I obviously took a note of the details and put them in a safe place. The only problem is of course is I cannot find the sodding safe place!!!
cheers

Hi. I bought a large piece of vacume cleaner motor filter and cut to size then fitted over the wire gauze on the insert. It worked for me and was cheap. Here is a link to what I bought. Cheers, John

When I had a plunger A10 fitted with the standard air filter box I used the element from an early Ford Fiesta. One of these was about a foot in diameter and it could be cut into 3 to make 3 elements for the A10.
