front tins

I have a pair of front tins for a 1957 A7 that I don't need.  I don't have a picture handy, but they're in nice shape. 

If you need them let me know.  Maybe we could swap for some parts.  Or whatever.

I am a new BSA Person with a 1954 Gold Flash, what are front tins ? I have two spare petrol tanks, one ex police with four holes for the radio, no dents and a chrome tank with a dent in the front. ?????????

I'm not a new BSA person, having ridden them since 1977 but I've also never heard of front tins!  *dunno2*

 American lingo for mudguard, fork shrouds etc, I would imagine. Different places have different names for same part. Mudguard = fender, gearbox = transmission etc.
