Hi All; I uploaded some representative pictures from yesterdays mc show in Durham,NC to photobucket. I just recently learned of it from a fellow BSA owner that came up to me at a local gas station to admire my bike. I trailered the flash this time to a spot near the event as the wife wanted to go but wasn't up for a 220 mile round trip ride with several hrs in the 90 deg heat at the event. To be honest, I don't think I was ready yet either. Anyway, there was several hundred older mc's and several hundred more newer ones there as anyone on two or three wheels was invited to attend. We saw several very nice BSA's, several Nortons, many Triumphs, old and new, and a lot of other Japanese, European and American bikes. Thought we might have had a chance at an award but they didn't have one for "nicest original"
. The '62 "shiny" rocket did take best in show tho and one of the "shiny" Norton Commando's grabbed best British. I was impressed by how many very nice older bikes were ridden to the event. It is going to be a mandatory ride next year for sure!!

. It actually sounded a lot like a hog too!
