G'day Drew. Is it for the project with the knobby tyre (longstroke A7) or the "56? Sorry can't help but thought I'd make sure. I did see a set on ebay a few weeks back.
Cheers

It would be for the knobby tire project(bike was actually used as a hill climber back in the day)even had high compression pistons..
This is all I have of the head..

That is indeed a genuine Star Twin head.

Rocker boxes seem to come up reasonably often, there is one set on e-bay at the moment here in Aus.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BSA-A7-LONGSTROKE-ROCKER-COVERS-/191187501546?pt=AU_Motorcycle_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c83a9c1ea#ht_591wt_688

If you keep an eye on e-bay you will find all the bits you need eventually.
