Heat the cover in the oven when the wife is out!
She'll love you when she comes home!
I've got an old oven in the shed which I use. You can get an accurate and even temperature this way.

& she loves you so much you had to get one in the shed eh?   hahahaaa

They DO get a bit funny when you use their kitchen table for parts dont they..
