Hi Snowbeard, its only the outer covers that are polished, the inner covers and crankcases are just clean. I give them a light bead blast [I actually use a garnet grit] and then scrub the hell out of them with a wire brush and kero or wd40 or similar and then give them a very good clean with a cleaning fluid. I wash them with fuel but probably shouldnt recommend anyone do that from a safety point of view. Keep going with your A10, their great bikes. As for the A65, sell it to someone you dont like !
