Remember when pre-unit gearboxes were 15 quid, and you could tell if it was a good 'un by picking it up and giving it a shake?
a good one didnt rattle.

no they just sold all the stock out the back,bit more to it than that,but the building needs alot spending on it.

I was there in April its situated in a very run down area allright,
Its a real time warp to visit though!!
They have/had a massive stock of parts, they know the value of it though

i think the building has been deemed unsafe,hence the scaffolding,out the back has collapsed to,not the onslows of old,but still a source of good spares and info,

I went in the back of Onslows a few weeks ago, Lens urn is still there in his workshop with his cap over it..
